Here's something I put together after my friend told me that it's possible to change the logo that shows up when Windows 7 is booting. It's an alternate startup animation. :)

It's pretty simple, just Rainbow Dash fading in and trotting until the computer boots. The text at the bottom, "(c) Microsoft Corporation", has also been changed. It now reads, "So Much Pony Edition". ;)

You use a program called Windows 7 Boot Updater to apply this to your computer. Just download the zip. It has the animation, a link to W7 Boot Updater, and instructions on how to install the logo. (Here's a link to Windows 7 Boot Updater, too: [link])

Unfortunately, it plays a bit slower than I'd like. It still looks great though, in my opinion. Currently, there's no way to change the animation speed with Win7 Boot Updater, but there may be in the future.

I'll probably be making more, in the meantime. Anybody have any good ideas? :D

I already have the Windows 7 Boot Updater, how do I get Dash though? I am trying to get her but I cant find the zip or anything
